请求帮助时，使用 "Could you..." 比 "Can you..." 更加礼貌委婉。
在正式场合或向不熟悉的人求助时，可以用 "I was wondering if you could assist me with..." 开头。
如果希望语气更轻松商量，可以尝试 "Do you think you could..." 的表达方式。
针对具体任务，如请求审阅，可以说 "Would you mind reviewing this for me?"
